RCooling chilled water inter-row air conditioning

The rCooling chilled water row-based air conditioner is a rack-level, high-efficiency, and energy-saving precision air conditioning product suitable for micro-modular data centers with high temperature or humidity control accuracy and sensible heat requirements. The rCooling chilled water row-based air conditioner is placed within the rack array and installed side-by-side with server cabinets. It features front air intake and rear air return, providing close proximity to the heat source for efficient near-end cooling.

Energy efficient

• Proportional integral electric two-way valve with large flow coefficient, real-time adjustment of system water flow;

• Cooling near the heat source, short airflow path, small cooling loss;

• Maximize the use of space within the unit to increase the heat exchange area, resulting in better heat exchange and higher overall performance;

• The unit uses a copper tube hydrophilic aluminum fin heat exchanger, with high heat density and higher heat exchange efficiency.

Intelligent control

• Uses an intelligent controller for PID calculation, automatically adjusting the water valve opening and fan speed;

• Control mode can freely choose return air temperature control or supply air temperature control;

• Standard RS485 communication interface, can coordinate and link with external devices, helping the entire machine room air conditioning system to achieve intelligent and energy-saving control;
