RCooling Fluorine Pump Energy-Saving In-row Air Conditioner

The rCooling energy-efficient inter-row air conditioner is placed within the rack array and installed side-by-side with the server cabinets. It features front air discharge and rear air return, placing it close to the heat source for efficient near-end cooling. All products are equipped with high-efficiency, energy-saving R410A refrigerant DC variable frequency scroll compressors.

Application Scenarios

rCooling energy-saving inter-row air conditioners have the same application scenarios as conventional full-variable frequency inter-row air conditioners, mainly applicable to

(1) High-heat density data centers, data centers with low PUE requirements, and computer rooms;

(2) Such as supercomputing centers, data centers, cloud computing centers, communication rooms, switching rooms, transmission rooms, and electronic information system rooms;

(3) Integrated micro-modular data centers;

(4) Container data centers and other precision environments.

▪ Fully enclosed electronic expansion valve control, precise adjustment, ensures stable refrigerant flow, and reduces machine room temperature fluctuations;

▪ Outdoor fan uses stepless speed regulation technology to ensure stable operating pressure and reduce unit energy consumption.

Intelligent Control

▪ Uses an intelligent controller for PID calculation, automatically adjusting the compressor and fan speed;

▪ Control mode can freely select return air temperature control or supply air temperature control;

▪ The unit has three operating modes, and multiple operating modes share one evaporator, one condenser, and one set of indoor and outdoor connecting pipelines. Based on outdoor temperature conditions and indoor heat load, the operating mode is automatically determined. When the refrigerant pump starts running, it can effectively reduce the compressor's operating power or running time, improving the unit's energy efficiency.

Full Variable Frequency Technology Application

▪ The unit uses variable frequency technology, which allows for real-time adjustable full variable frequency output of major components such as the compressor, fan, and refrigerant pump. When the unit operates in full variable frequency mode, energy efficiency is higher.
