Canatal developed heat pipe air conditioning units mainly include end products such as inter-row, back-panel, top-mounted, and ceiling-mounted types, as well as air-cooled, water-cooled, and chilled water heat pipe host products. The heat pipe air conditioning units, used in conjunction with conventional computer room air conditioners, can solve the heat dissipation problems of individual cabinets in high-heat-density computer rooms, ranging from 5 to 30 kW, and address local hot spots. Jialitu heat pipe air conditioners utilize the principle of separated heat pipes, achieving closed-loop circulation within the heat pipe system through refrigerant phase change and natural gravity, or relying on the mechanical power of a Freon pump for circulation in the case of long pipelines.

Inter-row and back-panel heat pipe terminals support single or double coil configurations, and power/gravity heat pipes; heat pipe host products integrate a Freon pump and heat exchanger, and can be matched with air-cooled, chilled water, and water-cooled cooling sources. Heat pipe terminal products are closer to the heat source of the server cabinet, resulting in lower cold loss, higher cooling efficiency of the refrigerant, and can also be used with VRH composite multi-link heat pipe natural cooling host units.

The cooling capacity range of heat pipe terminal products is 3~40 kW, and the refrigeration capacity range of heat pipe host products is 61.5~401.5 kW.

Ceiling End

Used for renovation projects where conditions for installing inter-row air conditioners are poor, and the area above the aisle is relatively open, allowing for installation above the aisle.

Top-mounted End

Single cabinet power exceeding 5kW, with relatively open space above the cabinet, making it convenient to install a top-mounted end.

Back Panel End

Single cabinet 5-15kW, used for new or renovation projects. Does not require enclosed aisles, saving on aisle investment.
