ECS series integrated full-frequency fluorine pump energy-saving air conditioner

The ECS series all-variable frequency fluoropump energy-saving air conditioner is a prefabricated all-variable frequency solution product. The unit adopts all-variable frequency technology, fluoropump technology, heat pipe technology, evaporative cooling technology, and AI intelligent control technology. The unit can achieve variable frequency control, precise refrigeration, efficient use of natural cold, phase-change high-order heat exchange, ultra-low WUE, and adaptive control and adjustment functions and characteristics; the unit has high energy efficiency, high reliability, low PUE, low TCO, intelligent control, waterless application, easy maintenance, and rapid deployment advantages.

The ECS all-in-one full-variable frequency fluoropump energy-saving air conditioner has a wide range of cooling capacities, with multiple models/structural forms of 200kW-400kW. The basic dimensions of the unit are 6000*mmX3000*mmX3800mm (length x width x height), and the increase in length and width depends on the cooling capacity and layout. The unit has three operating modes: compressor mechanical refrigeration, compressor and fluoropump mixed refrigeration, and pure fluoropump natural cooling. According to the indoor load of the data center computer room, the indoor temperature of the computer room, and the outdoor ambient temperature, the unit can intelligently and seamlessly switch operating modes; the unit can be deployed on the roof platform or side platform of the data center building to meet the needs of different customer usage scenarios. The unit's annual energy efficiency ratio can reach 12, helping data centers achieve the goal of PUE≤1.25.

Application Scenarios

The ECS all-variable frequency fluorinated pump energy-saving air conditioner is suitable for temperature and humidity control in large and medium-sized data centers with high requirements for PUE and WUE control and a need for rapid deployment. The unit has the characteristics of a high sensible heat ratio, and it is completely cooling in all modes; it is more suitable for areas with low average annual temperatures and high water resource utilization costs.

For example: data centers, cloud computing centers, large and medium-sized switching rooms and mobile machine rooms, computer rooms and electronic information system machine rooms, and other places with high requirements for environmental temperature and humidity.

▪ Simple maintenance: The unit components are the same as those of conventional split-type computer room air conditioners, and maintenance personnel do not need to master new component maintenance knowledge and experience. Inspection doors are provided to support maintenance from both sides and single-side maintenance after parallel operation, with high design deployment adaptability and high maintenance convenience.

▪ High applicability: High-efficiency indoor cooling and outdoor heat dissipation can still be achieved in dry and water-scarce areas, with low annual water resource consumption (the annual average WUE of the micro-fog evaporation module is about 0.24L/kW▪h), which can replace indirect evaporative air conditioners (AHU).
