With the continuous increase in server computing power and power consumption, the single-cabinet power density of intelligent computing and supercomputing centers is constantly rising. Traditional chilled water room, inter-row terminal, and remote air wall solutions have some drawbacks in terms of cabinet utilization rate, energy efficiency, and air volume attenuation. The Jialitu near-end air wall solution, combined with micro-module fan hot aisle containment technology, adopts a new airflow organization method to achieve close-range air-cooled refrigeration. It can match chilled water/dual cooling source system terminal forms according to the actual usage scenario. A single unit has a cooling capacity of 45kw, achieving a larger cooling capacity per unit area, improving cooling efficiency, reducing unit energy consumption, and is suitable for high-heat-density data centers. It is compatible with multiple cooling sources and multiple modules can be used in conjunction, especially suitable for AI computing clusters, edge computing, and other cutting-edge scenarios, helping to achieve the green data center transformation under the "dual carbon" goal.
